Business Development Specialist
We are looking for a Business Development Specialist to join our agency team. We are looking for someone who is willing to learn and keep up-to-date with the latest technological, sales and marketing developments. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about all things “people and technology”. Experience from Digital, Entertainment or Technology companies and partnering multiple business functions across technology platforms is a highly preferred asset.

In this role, you will be responsible for:
Driving market share and qualifying leads.
Follow up on web inquiries, pre‐qualify leads, and develop to the point of handoff for Sales.
In addition to inbound inquiries, this role will perform prospecting, marketing event outreach and perform general sales development functions to build a pipeline within targeted accounts designated by management.
An implicit responsibility of the role is to conduct business dealings with prospects in a way that creates a superior customer/prospect experience to set the stage for future sales.
This function will also be responsible to manage various aspects that support Business Development (Partnerships / Strategic Alliance) activities for the company.
Primary responsibilities include the development of Commercial, Reseller, and Strategic Alliance Agreements and then acting as a primary point of contact for post-deal oversight.
Experience owning the full sales cycle (developing and closing opportunities, working closely customers and/or partners)
In order to have an understanding of how a brand can be positioned in a certain industry, the Business Development Specialist must conduct extensive market research. This involves keeping track of competitors’ product developments and marketing strategies, as well as identifying purchase patterns and emerging trends.
Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities. Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with targets.
Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships for assigned territories.
Enter, assign and manage new leads and current clients using CRM tools.
Manage data for new and prospective clients in CRM, ensuring all communications are logged and information are accurate.
Set up structured email and LinkedIn campaigns and automated workflows.
Working with CRM, prospecting and automation tools like Linkedin Sales Navigator, Dux-Soap…etc

Skills and Qualifications
University degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering and/or relevant fields,
New graduate and/or between 6 months - 1 year
High communication skills, written and verbal to effectively address all levels,
Fluency in English both verbal and written communication,
Knowledge of MS Office Applications, especially Excel
Customer focus, result oriented, analytical thinking
