We are looking for a Territory Manager for our business partner operating in the agricultural equipment sector to whom we provide consulting.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural mechanization or Agronomy sections of Agricultural Engineering
• 8+ years experience in related area,
• Passion for agricultural technologies. Industry, product and market knowledge
• Having proven track of professional experience in sales and/or marketing in agricultural machinery/technology industry with solid business administration knowledge, sales and leadership skills
• Exhibit high level of energy, strong self-discipline and motivation
• No restriction for traveling frequently (requires 60% travelling). Must be an active driver with a valid driver’s license
• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office applications
Responsibilities
• Following the market opportunities and competitor activities in the region he is responsible for, he presents creative ideas to the manager he is affiliated with about developing the region,
• Performs regular dealer visits ,
• Monitors and evaluates the KPI targets in line with the annual targets given to it in the region where is responsible, and sends the relevant documents to the manager regularly,
• Provides necessary guidance and support to Dealers and Customers on product, marketing, financial and management issues,
• By monitoring the dealer performances regularly and identifies the situations where the expectations are not met and the targets are not met, evaluates the solution alternatives, and ensures that the necessary corrective and preventive action plans are put into action.
• Coordinates the execution of the relations that are subject to the agreements made with the dealers, by ensuring the correct execution of the relations between the company and the dealers.
• Manages the process of creating solutions and providing support by acting as a communication channel on behalf of the company in case of problems and disruptions.
• Supports dealers to create training plans for their sales departments, when necessary, in the region they are responsible for.
• Supervises and guides the work of the dealers.
