We are looking for a passionate Senior Sales Executive OEM who will join the team at the WAT Motor Company – TR.
• Following up customer inquiries, preparing quotations, and improving sales activities,
• Coordinating key activities between the customers, internal sales operations, and production side,
• Analyze the market conditions, requirements, competitions, and pricing strategies,
• Developing new product together with Business Development and R&D teams according to market needs,
• Offering tailor-made solutions for specific customer demands,
• Forecast, set, and achieve business goals and financial targets,
• Identify new business opportunities and engage potential customers, taking a role in sales growth,
• Monitoring and reporting the yearly and monthly sales performances of customers,
• In view of risk management, monitoring the financial structure of the customers and making sure the warrants are obtained on time,
• Making sure the products are safely delivered to the customers, and the related payments are collected in full as well on time,
How do we describe the perfect match?
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business Administration, Master’s degree is a plus,
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English,
• Minimum 6 years of B2B sales experience,
• Having a good technical background about Low Voltage Electrical Motor,
• Understanding the need of market and customer,
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs,
• Preferably entry level of SAP knowledge is a plus,
• Thinking broadly about business,
• Having desire to do outstanding jobs,
• Recognizing and understanding emotions of other people,
• Listening to different perspectives and showing flexibility,
• Building collaboration,
• Clear in communicating thoughts and ideas,
• No restriction for traveling, having valid driving license.
