R&D Projects Coordinator

We are looking for a R&D Projects Coordinator for ING Technology.

Qualifications;


Bachelors’ Degree (Engineering Degree preferred), MBA is a plus
6+ years of work experience
Experience in a regulated environment with establishment of technopark & conducting related projects
Experience with MS Project
PMP or equivalent preferred
Analytical mindset
Ability to build organizational capability
Effective communication skills
Understands internal and external stakeholder requirements, expectations, and needs
Deals comfortable with the uncertainty of change
Experience in leading software projects
Ability to work in VUCA World, ready to solve complex problems (Qualifications)



Responsibilities;


· Follow – up R&D projects, coordinate the project from execution level to development stage until Governmental approval
· Oversee the strategies to be followed for internal/external cooperation, creating and implementing budgets for the relevant platforms
· Meet the demands coming from global ING, matching the qualified investment demands with the right initiatives
· Increase the efficiency of the organization by improving the existing projects in line with the needs
· Lead the development of the project charter and management plan
· Meet with project stakeholders to understand and refine project scope; review with manager for approval
· Monitor and maintain costs within budget
· Prepare a risk management plan for the project. Identify, analyze and understand project risks, develop and monitor a risk response plan
· Develop a Stakeholder management plan for the project, based on the identification, analysis and understanding of Stakeholder expectations
· Inform the project team regarding the communications plan and the needs of key stakeholders
· Works cooperatively with others across the organization to achieve shared objectives
· Acts with a clear sense of ownership; Establishes clear responsibilities and processes for monitoring work and measuring results; Designs feedback loops into work
· Persists in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks
· Leads analyzing regulations and helps to decide on the scope of the project (remote/non-remote, innovation or not) in order to maximize tax benefits
