General Manager

We are looking for a General Manager for our client which is; one of Turkey's manufacturing and exporting firms in construction materials sector.

Requirements are;
• Graduate degree e.g. Mechanical or industrial engineering, master degree is an additional asset,
• It is a necessity to have e working experience in companies that sell under their own brand
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong managerial skills and extensive team management experience
• To establish company goals and to follow up by determining the necessary strategies to achieve these goals
• Management of production, finance and HR departments under the board of directors especially



Our company has been an R&D center at the ministry since 2018.

Our company, which has succeeded in addressing the ever-changing and developing market needs and wants to maintain this position by improving (with R&D Projects), is looking for role competencies that will provide the necessary management to produce different, new, high quality, mass-produced, salable products at reasonable prices.
As the market leader in responding to new needs by improving the efficiency of the company in the current operation of our company, it is expected to provide a systematic installation, systematic updating and sustainability that can respond proactively.
In order to reach the desired goal more programmatically and efficiently with the contribution of the general manager, it is expected that the order of priority and administrative management will be made.
Managing the operations in the entire organization in line with the company vision, strategic goals and approved authorities determined by the board of directors.
