Software Development Manager

We are looking for a "Software Development Manager" at the Solution Development Department of our business partner.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Computer Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or other related engineering faculties,
• At least 10 years of experience in software development projects and at least 5 years of experience in managing software development teams,
• Experienced in object-based, service-based and multi-layer application development,
• Developed C#, ASP.NET, MVC, .NET Core, .NET Technologies Based Web Projects,
• Javascript, HTML,CSS, JQuery, Angular, React etc. Have experience developing with at least one of the Javascript libraries,
• Experienced in SOA architecture, web services, WCF, Web API, REST API, SSL, preferably SAP integrations with Web service or RFC,
• Knowledge and experience in cloud technologies, application Containerization and MicroServices technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes,

Responsibilities

• By leading the Institutional Architecture approach of the institution, ensuring the implementation of new technologies that are suitable for current and future business strategies,
• Leading by determining the standards of technology components in projects and determining the principles that will guide the making of technology and business decisions in line with the corporate goals,
• Execution of technical analysis and design studies of software development and integration projects in parallel with Enterprise Architecture, determination and direction of reuse/common use targets of system components,
• Developing and commissioning applications in accordance with the architectural design and project plans within the scope of the projects and coordinating the progress of the works in accordance with the plan,
• Determining the architecture, technology, peripherals, data model and interfaces to be used in applications, implementing improvements that can be made in areas such as performance and security,
• Carrying out studies for continuous improvement of software development processes.
