We are looking for an "After Sales Assurance Lead" for a start up project of our great business partner.
Qualifications
3+ years of technical after sales experience on hardware solutions, preferably in IoT, telematics, wireless communication devices including
Detailed technical knowledge of IOT devices domain (RFID, BLE, UWB etc) and ability to communicate pros and cons for each use case
Strong understanding of customers industry, use cases
Ability to support hands-on ongoing projects, proposals, PoCs etc.
Ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to executive leadership, sales, customers, and peers
Ability to effectively manage time and deliverables while working with development, product management, and sales organization
Exceptional oral, written, and presentation skills
Self-motivated and adaptable person with a strong service orientation and “do what it takes” attitude
Action oriented and results driven
Willingness to roll up your sleeves and do whatever is necessary
Passion for working in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment, with the ability to demonstrate personal commitment and drive to set and exceed high standards
Responsibilities
Establish a strong technical understanding of asset tracking and RTLS usecases across the whole value chain (e.g., hardware, connectivity, infrastructure, visualization, insight generation)
Support delivery of use cases with hands-on testing, changing design requirements by closely collaborating with solution architects and field service, as needed
Periodically review the status and utilization of implemented usecases/solutions at customer sites and ensure quality of usecase lifecycle
Understand and consolidate customer reflections and feedback to identify improvement areas for implemented usecases/solutions to ensure high customer satisfaction throughout the usecase lifecycle
Highlight customer needs for additional features and capabilities for usecase to be successful and create business impact
Leverage onsite presence to identify additional usecase/solution opportunities and collaborate with sales, product owner and solution architect to initiate additional sales opportunities
Regularly communicate and report product/project status to internal stakeholders and customers
